At KidKraft, safety and quality are our top priorities. Over the past 18 months, as the children's products industry has undergone pivotal changes, KidKraft products remain compliant with all new laws and policies. KidKraft has employed third-party certified labs for many years to test products and verify that they meet all applicable U.S. regulatory safety standards. KidKraft's testing program ensures that the products meet or exceed all requirements, including mechanical hazards, lead and other heavy metals, and flammability. In 2009, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) went into effect and set new lead limits and regulations regarding tracking labels. KidKraft's products meet these regulations. KidKraft guarantees all products, and will replace any missing, damaged or broken parts at no charge.
	All KidKraft orders are shipped with Fedex and typically arrive within 4 days to Ontario, 5-7 days to the rest of Canada. Orders from remote areas may be subject to a shipping surcharge, as well as longer transit times. 5% GST is applicable to all Canadian orders, residents of Quebec pay the additional QST. New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, British Columbia and Newfoundland residents pay HST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. Occasionally, credit card transactions may be declined if the shipping address provided doesn’t match the credit card billing address, or when a credit card transaction is attempted with a card that already has a Paypal account linked to it.
